One of my absolute favorite clients were back again for their summer vacation at Pinewood Resort

on Ten Mile Lake. I photographed their family portraits about five years ago, so it was pretty special to see them and how their grandchildren have grown. The family comes from all over to include Minnesota, North Carolina and Nebraska, which means they don’t get together often.

Pinewood Resort is such a quaint and scenic resort with flat grounds (trust me, this is huge) so it was easy to utilize it’s gorgeous backdrop of Ten Mile Lake and the backlit tree line for their beautiful images.
