Whether I’m at home driving around or on a trip somewhere, I’m always inspired by the beauty of nature and constantly looking for “another” nature image to display in my home.  I believe capturing nature images is an integral part of my creativity as a portrait photographer as I’m always so inspired by the colors and the lighting.

Over the years, I’ve filled my home with most of my nature work… in fact, I’m kind of running out of room.   haha!    My super supportive husband has been pushing me for years to share my work with the world instead of hoarding it for only friends and family to see.

Today, I decided to formally share some of my favorite pieces.     The images in the slideshow are all images that I have captured in the Akeley, Minnesota area.  We are fortunate to have so many lakes and tree’s to enjoy which can be so beautiful to capture.
